Have you tried restoring the emulator's settings to default, or using a fresh save file (back up your old one, of course)? If neither of those work, it's possible your eboot/ISO is bad. On Windows 7, using the latest git build, v1.1.0-18-gb7725c4, I'm not seeing those errors in the console, or having issues getting it to boot.
